5 New Ways To Practice Gratitude

The alchemy of gratitude turns negativity and overwhelm to joy.

It raises our vibration to the level of the universe.

Even seeing how important it is, and knowing it will help your life, we often don’t take the time.

Or we lose interest because it’s the same thing every day.

Or we only think about the top 5 things by rote….family, food, etc.

Doing things in that fashion makes them ineffective in altering your vibration.

So I’ve gathered 30 gratitude practices together…and only one if them is a journal!

Here are 5 to get you started.

5 Unusual Gratitude Practices

  1. Write a note to a loved one and surprise them with it. Tell them 3 ways you’re grateful for them.
  2. Stand in front of a mirror with your cell phone and record a video of everything you are grateful about in your body.
  3. Wear 10 rubber bands / happy ties on your wrist. As you go thru the day look for things you’re unusually grateful for. When you find one move a runner band to the other wrist. By evening all 10 should be on the other side.
  4. Send a thank you text message to 3 friends today. Tell them why you’re grateful for them.
  5. Play the alphabet thanks game. On a piece of paper write the alphabet down the side and think of one thing you’re grateful for starting with each letter.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.
